E.B. Wheeler è une autrice di successo, originaria della California e della Georgia, ma attualmente residente nelle montagne dello Utah. La passione di Wheeler per la storia e l'inglese l'ha condotta a laurearsi in storia e a minore in inglese presso la Brigham Young University. Ha proseguito gli studi presso l'Utah State University, conseguendo lauree graduate in storia e architettura del paesaggio.
