Laura Anne Gilman è une autrice affermata di romanzi fantasy, horror e mistero, nonché una editrice ed insegnante di talento. Nata e cresciuta nei sobborghi del New Jersey alla fine degli anni '60, Gilman ha intrapreso una carriera nel mondo dell'editoria dopo essersi laureata al Skidmore College.
